Kayla shared with us her 15 minute fitness plan so there’s NO excuse for you to not do it! Once a week (or even more if you can!), set a timer for seven minutes and try to finish the circuit from the video as many times as you can. Rest for one minute, before repeating the circuit for another seven minutes. Good luck! We’re knackered just thinking about it.
