The Miss FQ team tried the Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare range for just under a month, and we can safely say that the array of products is highly suitable for changing skin, whether it requires hydrating, purifying, soothing, renewing, or something in between.
We were also impressed by the Bondi Sands brand ethos. The Everyday Skincare range is vegan, cruelty-free, and the packaging is made from recycled materials.
With the Everyday Skincare range being high on everyone’s must-try list, Emily, Kealy, Katie, and Hemma were lucky enough to put it to the test. Here’s what they had to say.

Experiencing a bad run with acne as a teenager (and even now as an adult), I’ve always been super self-conscious about my skin.
There’s a fair amount of redness and scarring on my cheeks, and I’m super prone to whiteheads. Therefore, I’m constantly on the hunt for new products that eliminate acne, reduce signs of redness, and improve scarring (basically miracle workers!). So, of course, I was up to try the newly launched Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare range!
I’d begin my day with the Fresh’n Up Nourishing Gel Cleanser, which helped with my dry, oily skin struggles. On my drier skin days and after cleansing, I thoroughly enjoyed using the Thirsty Skin Hyaluronic Acid Serum for its hydrating hit.
The serum consists of a nice gel-like consistency that glided onto the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated without feeling oily. This was such a relief for someone who struggles to achieve the right balance!
I’d then top my skin up with the Begin Again Vitamin B3 Serum. I was super excited to try this serum, and the application is so lovely; it dissolves into your skin and leaves it feeling as smooth as a baby’s bottom! My redness reduced considerably within a few days, making me feel more confident and inclined to use a BB cream rather than a full-coverage foundation.
I don’t usually do much other than cleanse my face at night, so it was delightful to add a couple of extra steps to my skincare routine with the Wonder Potion All-In-One Hero Oil and the Sweet Dreams Hydrating Night Moisturiser. A little goes a long way with the oil; it gave my skin life, leaving it feeling plump, not clogged, and with a slight glow. It really was the perfect conclusion to my skincare routine, importantly leaving my skin feeling nourished and not sticky at all.
Overall, I’m excited to say I’ve discovered a few more staples to add to my skincare routine, and the best bit is that they are super affordable, cruelty-free and vegan! The Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare range has truly left me feeling more confident. Here’s to kicking bad skin in the butt!

This year, one of my goals was to build up a legitimate skincare routine (queue ‘where to start if you’re a skincare beginner’ TikToks). My usual regime being a cleanser and SPF, the Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare range was the perfect starting point.
After dragging myself out of bed in the morning and pepping up my face with the Fresh’n Up Gel Cleanser, I’d apply some drops of the Thirsty Skin Hyaluronic Acid Serum for a hit of hydration and to reduce that post-sleep puffiness (Gua Sha could never). Occasionally, I’d double this up with the Foundation of Youth Bakuchiol Serum and the Daydream Whipped Moisturiser for a soft, glowy finish. The Sunny Daze SPF 50 Moisturiser would go on last, so I could safely soak up those rays.
My nighttime, fixer-upper routine started with the fast-absorbing Begin Again Vitamin B3 Serum to treat my acne scarring and hyperpigmentation, then the Wonder Potion Hero Oil to reduce the appearance of those pesky blemishes. Locking this all in with the Sweet Dreams Night Moisturiser, this nourishing cream gave me some serious overnight hydration.
Despite previously only having a two-step skincare routine (just me?), the Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare range is so simple yet effective. I love going about my day not only knowing how glowy my skin looks, but how lush it feels. I can happily say one of my goals for 2022 is all ticked off!

Skincare can be pretty intimidating — the long list of ingredients promising instant results and the multi-step routines. Since the beginning of the lockdowns, my daily ritual of applying a drop of moisturiser and a hint of eye cream had dropped off the clock. Because if no one can see me, it doesn’t matter, right?
Therefore, the opportunity to test the Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare was a saviour. At a time when suddenly I was back in the outside world, flying for work, and actually meeting with people, my skin needed immediate attention.
Early mornings were made better with a flick of the Begin Again Vitamin B3 Serum, treating my neglected skin to some niacinamide and zinc for a clear, soothed complexion.
As someone who suffers from oily skin, especially in Auckland’s humidity, I could feel Begin Again’s lasting effects throughout the day, keeping the blemishes at bay. Followed by the Eye Spy Vitamin C Eye Cream, I’d at least appear like I had my eight hours of sleep (or a dose of caffeine thanks to the brightening cream’s inclusion of green coffee beans). Finally, I’d apply the Thirsty Skin Hyaluronic Acid Serum and the Daydream Whipped Moisturiser, locking in a luxurious dose of hydration.
At night, my skincare routine is now a way to add a bit of self-care to end the day! With another dose of the Thirsty Skin Serum and a couple of drops of the Wonder Potion Hero Oil mixed in with the Sweet Dreams Night Moisturiser, my skin is nourished and hydrated for the day ahead. And for a weekly treat, I adore the Bondi Babe Purifying Clay Mask for maintaining a crystal clear complexion.
My overall thoughts? Bondi Sands makes skincare easy. The pastel-coloured, recycled packaging was made for people just like me; eco-conscious, skincare amateurs who trust that their products will make them look like they’ve had their beauty sleep. Fake it ‘till you make it.

Testing out the Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare range could not have come at a better time. After my unwanted altercation with Omicron, I had fallen off the bandwagon with my skincare routine (read: it was non-existent). My skin was dehydrated, flakey, and screaming for love and attention.
In the mornings, I looked forward to using the Buff’n Polish Gentle Chemical Exfoliant for its purifying sensation. After, I’d treat my sore, irritated eyes to the Eye Spy Vitamin C Eye Cream, soaking up its soothing properties (and basking in its illuminating sheen — because who doesn’t love a bit of under-eye sparkle and one less reason to apply concealer?!).
Then, I’d over-indulge in lathering on layers of the Foundation of Youth Bakuchiol Serum and the brightening Gold’n Hour Vitamin C Serum, topped with the Daydream Whipped Moisturiser for a dewy, smooth finish.
Lastly, I’d apply the Sunny Daze SPF 50 Moisturiser — because let’s be real, I’m a millennial whose skin is no longer in its prime, so I’ve become just a little obsessed with shielding it from the sun.
At night, my stressed and flaky skin took to the Wonder Potion like no other, an all-in-one hero oil harnessing the properties of nutrient-rich sea buckthorn oil for plumper, radiant skin. The Sweet Dreams Night Moisturiser was the last and most welcome step in my evening ritual, a gentle formula that appeared to provide hours of hydration.
I seriously loved experimenting with all the potions and lotions in the Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare range. With a product to solve any problem, I felt at ease knowing my fluctuating skin would be catered for, all within the realms of my bathroom cabinet. I was getting the hang of skincare layering, and the easy-to-decipher product labels made for a low-stress experience. Would I reach for Bondi Sands Skincare again? Yes. Why? Because skincare should just be simple.
